This week’s blog is another comission for my friend Garrett. He is showing a game that he has designed to a publisher this coming weekend and asked me to put together a design that he can put the text on. The game is called Rolling For Amusement and it’s a game where you try to build the most amusement parks and try to stop your competitors from building theirs. Hope you like the design.
This doodle done did get done at the last minute. I’ll have to work on something with the aliens for another week, they look like a fun bunch.
Lil Baron Ice Cream… the ice cream for little Barons
I was feeling crabby today so I got out my photo reference and made a crab. I really have to get my scanner in order because I am sick of the wierd colors on the edges.
I collected some random drawings with color, from a doodle session, and put them together. I like the alien dudes. (I also think Black Snake and Air Fish could be a CBS procedural.)
Not at full health today, but did manage to scratch out a copy of a Catwoman that I found online. Here’s the original reference by Chuck Dee.
Ladies Night Out
It’s ladies night out and a random sketch can turn into a color doodle post, just like that.
This week’s doodles are brought to you by better artists than me. I actually drew them, but they were copies of art by better folks than me. Sometimes I think that you just need to grab the reference and swallow your pride to get things going again. The Hellboy and Wonder Woman are drawn from Skottie Young, and the Wolverine is a take on work by Randy Bishop.

This week’s post is dedicated to three ladies from my sketchbook. The first is a sketch I did right after using the red pen to grade about a hundred midterms. I felt that I had to do something positive with the pen to balance that out so I got out my photo reference.The second is the beloved Catwoman enjoying a cup of Joe and thinking of her jo followed by Supergirl.
