Angry Bat
Didn’t get to finish River Tam yet, but I was working on sculpey with my boys and I thought I would share one the sculptures for this week’s post. If I had a camera with the capacity I would show you that his eyes glow in the dark, but with my camera you can get the same picture by just closing your eyes.
Enjoy

Big Farce
Had to hit the pause button on our favorite space folk for this week (River is in the works) because Threadless.com had an X-Files challenge that’s due today!
Big Farce is a collaboration between Doodleshoose 1 and Too. Doodlehoose Too made the design below for my wife who loves cryptids. I traced the alien to make a vector file that shifted the feet and showed the footprints. Then I made the UFO and brought that all back into photoshop with the original trees and ground. Then I applied the design to a T-shirt and submitted it for an X-Files challenge on Threadless.com
Now I know you’ve all been wondering what you could get us for Christmas and here’s your chance to get us $8,000 by going to Threadless.com and voting 5 for Big Farce! So go vote 5 then spread the word and get your friends to vote 5!

Baby geese – goslings! They were juggled.
Mal: Great, ain’t he?
Zoë Washburne: I don’t like him.
Mal: What?
Zoë Washburne: Just somethin’ about him bothers me.

Needs to be Named
So this week we have a post from the sketchbook of Doodlehoose Jr. However, I forgot to ask him about what it means last night.
I’m sure that J has an explanation for the drawing above, but for now you get to interpret it all by yourself.

You can’t open the book of my life and jump in the middle.
Monsters on the Run
This week’s post comes from J’s new sketch book. You’ll be seeing more drawings from there in the future.
J explains that the monster on the left is a vampire tooth. They can suck all your blood in one minute! The monster on the right is a Sneca. They obviously lay eggs and their teeth are very sharp. J says to check for monsters at your house.
