I don’t like this new Post format…

Missed last week… this week I thought I’d try something new… then something new was thrust upon me…

Seems the site has a new format for New Posts… I’m not a fan… now, for sure, this is a knee jerk reaction… perhaps in time… but I don’t like it.

The other new thing… the new thing I did myself, not the new thing the site did… is I tried coloring the comic with these cool, new brush pens I got for Christmas.

I like the pens, but I’m not sure I like the way they worked with the comic.

A Good King, a Bad King An Uncommon Cold and some Dangerous Creatures to be Sure

This post has quite a variety starting with a Good King and ending with a very bad one. My birthday is the 26th of December which is St. Stephen’s feast day so for that one I drew an icon I found of Good King Wenceslas. What I got for my birthday (and Christmas) was a head cold so I tossed in Thrakkorzorg from the uncommon cold. The other four are from my series of Game of Thrones characters in the style of Bruce Timm.

The Dark Knight Before Christmas

He is the night, but he is not merry. Since I had the day off on Christmas I was able to color this, but I included the black and white with blank word bubbles so that you can color and caption it too. Send me a pic if you decide to try it and have fun.

Okay the triple digits continue with more GoT and some Spiderverse. Sorry The Spider Gwen has some eraser bits that were on the scanner- I didn’t have the oomph to clean them up and didn’t notice them until I had already put the drawing away. The last one could be Hulk or Robert Strong. I kept changing my mind as I was making it.
